I'm using no-ip.com in the same fashion for <http://ship.no-ip.org> and 
<http://6sys.no-ip.info/~tjweber/gallery/>.  I've had good experience 
with them for what, maybe a year or two.

(Not that going to those sites will tell you much, but I thought I'd 
post 'em just to prove it works.)
