Note that that "feel" of the detents is very much depending
on the size if the button/knob on the encoder. Larger knob gives
smoother "drive" with less feeling of the detents.

It's a project based on Olin's framework/environment.
It does a bunch of other stuff, but the encoder things are
in mainly D01_tmr.aspic and D01_enc.aspic.
