this was a problem with former versions of SXSim. Since a while, I have defined the command window to always stay on top. What SXSim version are you currently using. You can download the latest version (2.07) from the "sticky" SXSim post in this forum section.

I'll launch a new version pretty soon, so please stay tuned.
