Can someone tell me why I often have slow download speeds even though I =
have broadband. It seems as though it often happens. The download starts =
at a high speed, say 150-200kB/s and rapidly drops to below 40kB/s. This =
happens no matter what server I am downloading from. Perhaps 60% of my =
downloads are like this.

Any enlightenment will be appreciated.
