Hi Tim: What you're looking for is called a CellSocket. It's an interface that allows you use your cell phone from a standard touch tone phone. Typically you might connect the CellSocket to the second line in your house and use 2-line phones throughout the house. You can then answer whichever line rings and dial out on whichever line costs less.
