I would suggest finding one of modules that people used to have that would
tell them when the cell was about to ring. They work by detecting the RF
burst from the cell as the base exchanges with it. Trouble was they gave
more false alarms because they also detect all the "where are you" exchanges
that happen every few minutes, which means lots of false alarms.

The other option would be an ear piece. I don't know if these repeat the
ring for you.
