After the top-posting thread (sorry to those who feel it is too much), I think
I come to an conclusion that Outlook 2K is not a good option to post to
PIClist. It is a decent option to read PIClist though since I do not subscribe
to [OT] from Outlook 2k. I guess any email reader is okay as long as
[OT] is unsubscribed. ;-)

Gmane makes possible to access PIClist using newsgroup reader.
I use Outlook Express to read quite some technical related lists.
There is still a problem with PIClist: threading support of OE is not so
good. That is not a problem for other lists but it can be a problem
for PIClist. PIClist is special. ;-)

PIClist.com seems to be a good candidate. In reality, it is not since it
is much slower than Gmane. It does have the benefits of adding the
[SX] but who I do not cares about [SX] -- SX is dying anyway.

I am mainly using Gmail now. It seems to be quite an okay option.

What are your preferred tools for PIClist
