Fair enough. In my case both washer & dryer are front loading, you stack one on top of the other. You put the basket on the floor in front of the door, then you just shovel the clothes in/out. I think you need to have a word with the architect/builder of your house. Dryers don't weigh much, bolt it to the wall above the washer. Most have a couple of small slots in the back that clip onto a bracket.
