Last time we bought a couple they were just over $700 IIRC. They are pretty good bits of kit for a production environment though, and they support LVP which very few production programmers do. Back to topic, a couple of years ago we had a whole batch of 18LF6620's that lost their eeprom at high temperatures, and a few parts that also got corrupted flash.
