Controls up to 16 servos, has several commands to move/report position of 
servos, display version, etc. It seems that Parallax uses the same protocol 
for all their modules -- 1200 baud, 8 bits, no parity, TTL logic. There's 
also a high-speed mode, 38k4 baud.
