There is also a chance that a meteorite may hit me in the head. :-) I'm not communicating with the Voyager, nor is my device controlling a baby incubator (remember that discussion a few years ago?) -- so I'll allow for undesired operation caused by a 5 W transmitter 250 meters away, with an highly directional antenna directed straight at my house.
