Not sure if it was created by borred marching band members or lonlly goat herders. As the band goes through its formations they are herding the goats through a series of gates. It has few rules, the main one being that the trombones can not march at the rear of the herd. It is rumored that this year that one of the bands is going to have a "goat pyrmid".
