I can highly recommend bn.com. They ship from NYC area and charge in
USD, but collect & remit Canadian GST so it comes right through in a week
or so (assuming it's in stock), with no extra charges. They do have the
THIRD edition in stock.

At $50 US plus shipping for non-members you'll still probably save a bit
over the CDN 70 (=US 60) from Chapters, even with the 2.5% that Visa/MC
steal off the interbank rate. But if you need it now, why not
just pop in to your local store and pick it up (after leafing through it
to make sure it is what you need)?
