I notice that amazon.com in the US has it (used) for $30.39.  If around 
5 or 6 dollars is added for shipping, that brings it up to around $36, 
roughly.  Can't you order from the US?  I thought Canada was our 
friend?  No?  Or perhaps I do not grasp the difference between the 
exchange rate (which is entirely possible -- although I still harbor a 
grudge for the people on the ferryboat between Seattle and Vancouver 
gypping me.  :-)
