I obviously don't do much analog electronics (or much electronics at all... I'm a software guy) A member asked what transistor to use at http://www.piclist.com/techref/microchip/cntdn/index.htm and I said "the standard 2n223" but after running a find chips on that part, http://www.findchips.com/avail?part=2n223 it apparently is no longer the standard. Was it or is that just my memory failing me? What is the standard PNP switching transistor? --- James Newton: PICList webmaster/Admin mailto:jamesnewton@piclist.com 1-619-652-0593 phone http://www.piclist.com/member/JMN-EFP-786 PIC/PICList FAQ: http://www.piclist.com -- http://www.piclist.com PIC/SX FAQ & list archive View/change your membership options at http://mailman.mit.edu/mailman/listinfo/piclist
