In 1998 Intermetrics acquired Pacer Infotec and changed it's name to
AverStar.

In 2000, AverStart merged with with Titan Corporation.

In fall 2005, Titan Corporation was acquired by L3 Communications.

Personally, I'd suggest asking around places like the comp.os.cpm
newsgroup and forums like www.old-computers.com/forum.
