They pull auctions for "sample" music such as demo CDs, when they are reported. But if you can't tell the real thing from samples from the auction there is no way to police it. I really don't like this sort of thing, because eventually it will mean that legitimate users will have to jump through more hoops to get the samples we need. I ended up buying 6 samples of AD chips ($300+) for a prototype because it would have cost the client more in engineering time to justify free samples than it would to buy them.
