Has anyone ever had a product done that has used ( i think) leadless chips...the lil blobs of epoxy over the part that gets mounted directly to the board....

  specifically....a microchip product as in the 10F.  Yes I know the SOT23 package is small but looking for large production volumes at lower costs.
