It was listed on their page as a HD61202, but it turned out to be a T6963C instead (which, afterwards, should've been obvious, as their specification sheet states there is a "Font Select" pin, and has a HD61202 doesn't have fonts). Their specification sheet is at: http://www.futurlec.com/LED/LCD128X64.shtml and includes a picture. It sells for $25 or so, there. Note that Futurlec is known for being very slow at processing orders (it can take up to three weeks). I agree that the standard HD44780 LCDs don't make for good graphics: you can only have 8 user defined characters and there will always be white lines in between each 5*8 group.
