I don't really understand what you are proposing.  I'm willing to explore
means of getting more exposure and ultimately more customers, but I'm not
getting what this web site will do.  I don't think you are just listing
people with particular skills since that wouldn't require more than a little
HTML, and that wouldn't be different from lots of other sites anyway.  You
seem to have a bigger idea in mind, but sorry, I'm not getting it.
