COTS (cheap off the shelf) wireless telephones with headset jacks. A quick hack of the base station gives you access to separate tx/rx voice paths. Radio Shack & Wal Mart have them. Wireless intercoms as used by television and theater productions. Professional wireless microphones with in ear monitor. Pricey but turnkey. Have you tried using google yet?
