In the sense that it's included the wrong place then no

However, as the ISR in general needs a good tidy up, I was
just enquiring as to whether handler.asm is going to do the
context at both ends of the ISR. Without knowing exactly
what handler.asm is, it would appear that it possibly does
the job only on entry. If so, that's another thing that Debbie
needs to look at
