Hi:

Can anyone tell what is the surface mount component that is marked 
either "080" or "C80" and has 4 leads that are all electrically 
different.  One of the leads is 0.86mm wide while the other 3 are 0.49mm 
wide.  The plastic case is 1.3 x 3.0 mm.   Board made in Germany and 
other ICs are Philips, but their Marking Code lookup fails for both 080 
and C80.
