In principle, yes... 

But to state a few (almost) obvious things: Since they have a very limited
supply voltage range, designed for a single 5 V supply, you need to take
care of proper decoupling and biasing when amplifying (audio) AC. (As you
have to with any single-supply circuit, of course.) And with a
gain-bandwidth product of 1 MHz, you may encounter gain limits, depending
on what exactly you want to do.

If you need to amplify your signal, an opamp rarely is overkill :)
