Or maybe he's talking about the relatively large industrial cartridge fuses
which are used in many Fluke meters.

Here's the data sheet for the Buss BBS 3 600V fuse in my Fluke meter:

Unfortunately, Digikey has no stock, but industrial electrical wholesale
