That might be a bit too big.  But writing via serial to a regular
PC with LCD or CRT display might be a reasonable idea.  Someone ought
to write a "virtual serial LCD" program for a PC, complete with pictures
that look just like the real thing.  That would give you a LOT of
flexibility as to display size and visibility for demos...
