I can assure you the problems I had with HiTech were very minor compared to
CCS. I worked with both CCS and HiTech (for a short while) back then.

Where did I judge? I didn't judge anything. I merely stated that Jesse's
experience from one or two years ago was pretty much the same I had some
ten years ago. Why is that unfair?

Software companies can do "monkey business" as long as they want, but I try
to stay away from too much monkeying for my essential tools.
