Gerhard Fiedler, CCS are celebrating their 10th anniversary just now. And at that time there was, to my knowledge, only one C compiler for the PICs. And it was not without its problems either. So what I mean is that judging a product by its qualities (or rather lack thereof) 10 years ago is at least a little unfair, by my rules. Do I have to mention Win95, Borland C++ etc? Of course not. Software is a monkey business. The one without sin, throw the first stone. :-) But let's leave this: Don't worry... be happy... My problem seems to be that the net result for me in using CCS is on the positive side of the line. (It has not been _without_ surprises though.)
