Hi James. Your proposal to migrate will not work after awhile since people won't change as a result. I believe humans are half biology based and half what is called upbringing. Briefly it is impossible now to isolate our children from being taught our mistakes together with what we think our achievments are. The best from the best should be carefully educated to teach young folks. Proper things explained and placed in heads certainly will help to prevent most of that genetic behaviour :) It's called the negative feedback theory and well known to engineers ( how get things stabilized in practice ) The main question is money vs quality of things done as result. Optimization keep bending towards less money spent the better. And that's everywhere. That freaken conspiracy will bury everybody at the end including those who originally spinned it. I don't get how that is ignored :) WBR Dmitry.
