why is the dsPIC30F6014 "not recommended for new designs", and one should
use the dsPIC30F6014A now?

What should I do with my 1000 purchased dsPIC30F6014? Are they scrap heap?

I also purchased 1000 PIC18F8720 before Microchip disclosed the 4MHz bug..
all useless then.. since I needed to run them at the rated 40MHz speed. I
also had undreds PIC18F252, same thing, lotsa money wasted.

Now with this 3nd experience it's really too much..
