I've done more for less, but I don't have any 18f2550's lying around. Have you looked into building one of the simple programmers? One I like is the JDM. It misuses a serial port so it won't work with most USB serial ports, but it's only a couple of transistors and a handful of passives. The Olimex web site has enough details to build one: http://www.olimex.com/dev/pic-pg2c.html (of course you could buy one for about $13 US) The better software to support it is here: http://perso.wanadoo.es/siscobf/winpic800.htm (the page is in Italian, but the software is multilingual) It's not the most robust programmer available, but if you only need a couple of chips programmed... Good luck, -Denny Hello group, I'm looking for someone to make a deal. Here is what I offer (1of each): L293D - Quad Half H-Bridge ICL7107 - LCD/LED ADC ADC12010 - 12bit ADC DG401 - Analog Switch X9116 - Digital Pot 10F200 - PIC uController AT45DB041 - 4Meg serial DataFlash I'm willing to trade all of this with someone who can provide me with 1 programmed 18F2550. That's it!!! Everything is new and unused except for the Flash. I desoldered it from an old PCB I had lying around, so there is no guarantee it will work. Still, It seems like a VERY good deal! I also have the DataSheets for all the chips, in case someone wants them I can upload them to my webpage. Please send me an e-mail to jacubilloro@costarricense.cr or to jacubilloro2000@yahoo.com if anyone is interested.
