That means you don't have the COPYA program.  This was a bug in the release
scripts and has now been fixed.  Download the latest from
http://www.embedinc.com/picprg/sw.htm and the DOC command should now work.

This release also fixes the problem reported by Jim yesterday where EEPROM
data was only written to even addresses in the HEX file.  This turned out to
be a bug in PIC_READ for the 18F2520 and the other 31 PICs with the same
programming algorithm.  Other 18F parts like the 18F252 and 18F6520 were
read correctly.
