You are telling me how I can get around the problem.  I know several 
ways to get around the problem. :-)   Olin asked me what deficiencies I 
found in the documentation, and I told him.   Documentation should be 
written assuming a user who does NOT know how to get around the 
problem.  Or at least that is my view.  Others may differ.
