I like Eagle, and Pad2Pad's instant price quote is very cool to play around with - plus, $37.70 for two 5" x 3.5" bare-bones boards seems like the cheapest price I've heard of for a prototype. So are you saying you use Eagle for the schematic, do the board layout in Pad2Pad, and use the netlist import as the bridge between them? I like Eagle's autorouter and the way it makes ground planes easily using polygons, so it would be sad to throw those away... but maybe they're not critical features. -- Timothy J.
