Most people remember to clear cookies out of the browser, but don't 
realize this has it's version of cookies too.
There is an option where you can turn-off realplayer cookies.

I don't think you could call it a virus for the reason that you need to 
install iTunes.  You'll need to brush up on your dictionary definition 
for what viruses are, and neither of these appear to be that, AFAIK.
