Digi-Key sells the plastic syringe tips made by Techon Systems in boxes of 50; 49 of which will likely end up as part of someone's Halloween costume someday. I've been using the 0.024", which are the next-to-smallest size, and are still a bit too large for very fine-pitched parts. Regardless of aperture size, these tips all fit the 35g Kester solder paste syringe, which lasts a lot longer than you might expect. Not recommended for Halloween costumes, however. And don't bake the boards indoors if you can possibly avoid it: the fumes are nasty from all but the tiniest boards.
