Now I am, so I did.  The EasyProg programmed a full (all locations filled
with random values) 16F88 in 14.1 seconds and an empty one (all locations
specified as the erased state) in 9.7 seconds.  Both these times included
verification passes at two Vdd levels.

Therefore even 30 seconds is twice as slow as it should be.
