I want to place LM340S-5.0 power regulator on my board. ( 9V input and 5V output
) I designed a circuit for it, which contains one electrolitic capacitor and one
diode.
I want to place it on GND strip, but I do now know if it makes any difference if
I put it far from 9V power source and if it should be placed close to diode and
capacitor?
Does placement of this components far ( 3cm ) from each other make any
difference?
