This method did not provide a "nice" number of clock cycles to easily calculate the oscillator frequency.  Something handy
when using an RC oscillator and you don't want to introduce parasitics to the RC oscillator circuit to measure the frequency.

So I "quick" put together an assembly routine to do the same thing as TOGGLE but slightly faster.


BTW) The setb and clrb work just fine.
