I think the homogenization in Europe is one of the rare incidents when such things change -- and as you say, this probably wasn't a real change at all for most power suppliers. One thing they don't list is whether the common household receives two-phase power (like in the US) or three-phase power (like in Europe). This is relevant for the other voltage that is or may be available.
