I took my last two DB25 (yes, 25) connectors and soldered three pins each (2,3,5). Also, I found an RS232 gender changer. THen, I just ran some CAT3 I had and it worked great! Even though it looks kinda funny...hehehe But I get a good connection...no loose wires. Anyway, I have attached a couple of pics showing my mess of an office. One table is my computer (with the taped down connectors and the other is my bench. All I have to do is turn my chair around and I am in business.
