Just got this weeks newsletter from Elektor, and this company were 
featured.

The movie demo is relatively unintersting, but their new SMD prototype 
board looks interesting for 'easy' hand soldering. Apparently the 
solder is in channels already on the board. So place chip and heat 
channels with iron and hey presto.

Might give them a whirl if I can find their overseas distributor.
