Lamina doesn't so much sell LEDs as LED arrays. LED products that achieve high brightness by superior heat management of conventional technology are only slightly interesting. The closest thing they have to a simple LED produces 120lm at about 5W dissipation, making it pretty much in the same ballpark as the lumiled Luxeon V (both have multiple LED die.) The 5mm LEDs are getting insanely bright (35cd), but lifetimes are apparently pretty short. Sigh.
