Hi, Does anyone happen to have any data on either of the following LCDs? 1) Hitachi SP21H002-Z1A. CCFL backlight, unknown resolution. About 30 pins on a flexcable connector. Graphics type, chip-on-flexcable. 2) Siemens/URT UMS-7011JD-YG. 16-pin 0.1" connector. Unknown resolution, believed to be graphics type, two blob-top controller ICs on the back. I've worked out the power pins, data pins and the LED backlight pin based on the board it was plugged into (see below), but I'm still stuck trying to find out what controller it uses and what the 4 remaining unknown pins do. The UMS-7011 came out of a Siemens "OPe" 6SE9590-0XX87-8BF0 wall-mount controller module. The module won't power up - it seems to be waiting for some data to be sent over the RS232 (or RS422) bus before it will display anything on the LCD panel. Does anyone know what protocol these things speak?
