To add my $.02 worth to this thread I suggest that you pick up the book "Th= e=20 Circuit Designer's Companion" by Tim Williams. It has answered many of my= =20 design questions like which caps to use, how wide the traces should be, etc= .=20 A lot of practical experience knowledge is spelled out in the book. Another book I suggest that covers Eagle well is "Build Your Own Printed=20 Circuit Board" by Al Williams.
