Not saying its a smart thing to do but back in the day when i was on diaulup I downloaded several Linux ISOs. This was when most distros were limited to 1 CD so < 700MB but still its doable. Determination conqures all. bittorrent is probably the best bet, for me its always been the fastest source at 300+ KB/s while the traditional mirrors often times are closer to 100KB/s. Bittorrent will also resume as long as people are still seeding the file on the same tracker witch isnt a problem with linux distros usually.
