Electronic Components and Assemblies to be held in October this year.
Co sponsors are IPC=97Association Connecting Electronics Industries and
JEDEC=97the Solid State Technology Association.

While there is no detailed technical information here, what is of
great value is the paper titles and the fairly extensive lists of
"what you will learn". Between them these provide a good (&
disturbing) idea of the problems and challenges of lead free
soldering.
