Didn't really think of that originally, but it can be applied :)

What I was thinking about is that in some areas movement seems to be in a
way that nothing ever becomes "mature" in the original sense of "fully
developed", and everything gets replaced before reaching that state. What
struck me is that the meaning of the word itself seemed to have shifted.
