Possibly. We might not be able to buy one for this, but there might be one

How can I connect a serial port to a PDA? I've seen some USB-to-serial
adapters sold for PDAs, but then I don't know which PDA would have a master
USB port. After some searching I found one CompactFlash adapter ($150) and
even a Bluetooth adapter ($170)... Are there better options?

The next question that comes to my mind is how to log that on the PDA. I
have no clue how that would work... Are there some kind of standard ports
or drivers and communication software that can log what comes in through
those standard ports? And how does that then come to the PC?
