What I've seen was a moving pendullum clock (not on a circle, like propeller). There is a software on my web page written by John Becker ? on EPEmag. The LED's are mounted on a pendullum.In fact the pendullum it's reversed (up side down). The image is not smeard but crystal clear with blue LED's. So probably we are talking about different things, or the movement speed it's different.
